Google Ads
We run their Google Shopping ads to make a profit, not just to look busy. If a click won't make money, we don't buy it.
We run everything for Spec-Ring, an online car-parts store: their Google Ads, their Google rankings, and their shop. We grew the sales, and we made the numbers simple to trust.

of sales spent on all marketing. Very lean.
Spec-Ring makes carbon-fibre parts for BMW, Honda, and Toyota cars. The products were never the problem. The volume was. $89,000 across an entire year, on margins tight enough that there was no money to waste getting it wrong.
That is what we were brought in to fix: sell more, without burning the margin doing it.
Which is where the measurement came in. Google claimed one thing, Facebook claimed another, and a big chunk of sales showed up as "direct" with no explanation. You cannot scale spend safely on numbers like that. So we fixed what we were counting first, then put real money behind whatever it proved was working.
The growth
In 2024 the store made $89,000 for the whole year. In 2025 it made $377,000. In the first eight months of 2026 it has already made over $750,000, more than double the entire year before.
Sales per month, January 2024 to July 2026, taken straight from the store's own records. Complete months only; August 2026 is still in progress and is counted in the totals above.
Before and after
How we did it
Most agencies start pouring money into ads on day one. We don't. Customers almost never buy from a single ad. They find you, come back a few times, and then buy. So the whole picture has to work together.
Sales each channel took part in bar length = sales it took part in · segments = channels sharing those sales
1.6 Every sale took 1.6 channels on average. None of them closed it alone.
Of the 70 sales in this window, 56 left a traceable trail; the other 14 arrived with no recorded touch at all. Overlapping journeys are why platform reports can never be added together, and why we measure them ourselves.
So for Spec-Ring, we spent all of 2025 getting the store found on Google while keeping ad spend under $600 a month. Only in 2026, once customers were already finding them, did we turn the ads up about ten times higher, on top of a store that was already selling.
Getting found on Google
When we started, the store was buried on page 3 of Google, where almost nobody looks. We worked on it month after month until it reached the top of page 1. Today it shows up for hundreds of searches and brings in around $10,000 in sales every month, and we pay nothing for those clicks.

What we handle
We run their Google Shopping ads to make a profit, not just to look busy. If a click won't make money, we don't buy it.
We got the store ranking at the top of Google for hundreds of searches. That brings in around $10,000 in sales a month, for free.
We unblocked 8 products Google had hidden and rewrote over 200 product names, so more of the store shows up when people search.
The store had 31 real reviews it wasn't showing anyone. We put them on the product pages, so more visitors feel safe to buy.
We built a simple live dashboard and a clear way to see which channel actually earns each sale, so every decision is based on the truth.
We run careful tests before making big changes, so growth is on purpose and every move pays for itself.
The difference
We checked what Google and Facebook each claimed against the store's real sales. Added up, the two of them took credit for more sales than the store actually made, 113% of them. They were counting the same sales twice.
So we built our own honest way to track it. We found that most of the "mystery direct sales" were really our ads and our Google rankings doing the work. We don't chase numbers that make us look good. We manage what actually grows the business, and we show the owner exactly how.
We take on a few online stores at a time and run their whole growth: ads, Google rankings, and reporting you can actually trust. If you're tired of paying for numbers that don't add up, let's talk. Free 30-minute call, no pitch deck.
All figures are taken from the store's own sales and Google data, not from what the ad platforms claim.
